By using the tk99 website and services, you confirm that you are of legal age under applicable Bangladeshi law and that you fully accept these Terms & Conditions. Tk99 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Account Creation & Security

Accurate and complete information is required to register at tk99. Each individual may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials, password, and account secure. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact our support team immediately. tk99 may request ID documents or other verification materials for account authentication purposes.

User Responsibilities

Users must use valid payment methods in their own name. Operating an account on behalf of a third party or conducting unauthorized activities via proxy is prohibited. Abusive, threatening, or deceptive behavior toward other users on the platform is not permitted.

Platform Usage Rules

The tk99 platform is strictly for personal entertainment use only. Commercial redistribution or use of any part of the platform is prohibited. Copying, scraping, or reproducing any content, design, or information from the platform without tk99's prior consent is not permitted.

The use of automated bots, scripts, or any form of fraudulent technical manipulation on the platform is strictly prohibited. Any attempt at match-fixing or unsportsmanlike conduct may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Payments & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on tk99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are subject to change at tk99's discretion. bKash, Nagad, and other approved payment methods are accepted.

Identity verification may be required before processing withdrawals. Funds deposited under a promotional offer may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met. Any transaction found to be fraudulent will be voided in full, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Tk99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, without prior notice, for any reason — including violation of these terms. Any valid balance in a suspended or closed account will be returned subject to verification. In cases of fraud, the balance may be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property

Tk99 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect financial loss arising through the platform, unless such loss is clearly the result of tk99's own negligence. All content, software, designs, and trademarks on the platform are the intellectual property of tk99. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

The tk99 platform may contain third-party services or links. tk99 is not responsible for the content or conduct of those external resources. Users are advised to review third-party policies at their own discretion.
